I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and have been in practice for over 10 years. I’ve worked in a wide range of clinical settings - a mental health trauma collective, addictions treatment, foster care and adoption - but have found my sweet spot to be working with couples and new parents.

Clients have described me as warm and direct with a “no bs” policy. I love helping people change the trajectory of their most important relationships and showing them how to take what we do in the office into your real life, so that they’re not stuck in an office with me forever.

When I’m not with clients, you can usually find me elbows deep in garden dirt or at the beach with my husband and kids.

• Bachelor of Science in Family, Child, and Consumer Sciences from Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigers!)
